Description:Laboratory Technologist - Transfusion ServicesLab Science Saves Lives. Blood Bank Technologists Make It Possible.As a Laboratory Technologist in our Transfusion Services department, you will:
- Perform laboratory procedures essential to the preparation and dispensing of blood and blood products ordered by physicians.
- Maintain and monitor blood inventory and product availability in alignment with departmental guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams and experience high levels of direct interaction in a supportive, innovative environment.
- Contribute to the vital work of a busy Level 1 Trauma Center as we expand our team to meet the needs of our growing department.

Together We Will Inspire Amazing!Schedule: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM with alternating weekends
Preferred Criteria- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technologist
- ASCP certification
Required Criteria- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related health-science field
- New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License from the New York State Education Department

Salary Range:$52.61-$65.45/Hourly
