We're a Product Management team on a mission to develop innovative solutions and remarkable experiences that simplify, unify, and transform smart home and entertainment for customers globally. We research, ideate, and define ways to simplify how customers access and interact with their home services every day, and partner closely with design, engineering, and marketing to develop and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers. We work in a fast-paced agile environment that is highly collaborative. We iterate quickly, with a hyper-focus on improving usability, performance, and delivering customer value by leveraging data, industry trends, and user feedback to continuously improve.

What you'll do

We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (L4) to shape the strategy and delivery of AI-powered experiences across our connected home products. This high-impact role will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of voice and app-enabled experiences that simplify, anticipate, and enhance how customers interact with their home services and connected devices across digital and conversational interfaces. You'll work at the intersection of AI technology, consumer behaviour, and product design, partnering closely with product, engineering, design, marketing and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that are intuitive, reliable, and impactful. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to influence the direction of AI across multiple product lines and shape the future of connected home experiences.

Specifically you'll:

  • Define the AI strategy and roadmap across connected home products, identifying solutions that leverage AI and LLMs for personalization, automation, and smarter experiences that feel natural to interact with
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery and prototyping to launch and iteration, using data and customer insights to guide decisions
  • Partner with engineering and design to translate complex AI capabilities into simple and compelling experiences across digital interfaces, voice and connected devices
  • Lead cross-functional execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features while balancing technical constraints, prioritization, and dependencies
  • Advocate for customer-first design and AI ethics, ensuring experiences are transparent, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing technical guidance, market and customer insights, and strategic recommendations to shape the future AI vision for our product ecosystem


Qualifications

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in product management or engineering, ideally in AI/ML, voice assistants, or IoT/smart home domains
  • Strong technical foundation, capable of collaborating closely with engineering on architecture, APIs, and AI integration across platform and frontend clients
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering complex, cross-platform digital products with measurable impact
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans, with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business and design partners
  • Passion for creating delightful and impactful human-centered experiences amplified by the power of AI


Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
