Job DescriptionJob Role: Onsite L2 Tech Lead (Full-Stack) Supply ChainMandatory Skill & Domain Experience: Back End Programming (Java OR Python OR C++ OR JavaScript OR Golang) , Front End Tech (Angular OR Redux OR React OR Node OR Swift), Hands-on Coding, DevOps, and CI/CD
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 4+ years of experience + PhD
- Track record of setting technical direction for a team, driving consensus and successful cross-functional partnerships
- Hands-on experience with managing enterprise scale platform development, integrations, and on-call production support
- Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques, especially in an enterprise environment
- Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
- Experience as a team lead and/or technical architect with a large scope across one or multiple domains.
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain functional domain.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
Mandatory Skills: Fullstack MERN.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
