L2 Application Support Analyst
Associate II - Production Support
We are looking for an L2 Application Support Analyst to support business applications in the Financial Services area. The person will investigate application issues, analyze logs, support APIs and microservices, perform basic troubleshooting, and work with development and business teams to resolve incidents. The ideal candidate has experience supporting web applications, databases, and APIs in a production environment.
The opportunity:
• Provide Level 2 support for business applications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot application incidents.
• Monitor application health and performance.
• Analyze application logs and identify root causes.
• Support REST APIs and microservices.
• Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Work with development, QA, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex problems when needed.
• Document incidents, solutions, and known issues.
• Participate in production deployments and post-release validation.
• Follow ITIL and support best practices.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
• 2+ years of experience in Application Support or Software Support.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js applications.
• Understanding of REST APIs. Basic knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Experience using Git. Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience analyzing application logs.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and SonarQube.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Nice to Have
• Basic knowledge of React.js.
• Experience consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JWT and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience in Financial Services applications. Basic CI/CD knowledge.
• Technical Stack Node.js REST APIs Microservices SQL Server Docker Kubernetes Git Jenkins SonarQube React.js (Nice to have) Swagger / OpenAPI JWT / OAuth 2.0
