We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual with a background in either risk, banking, compliance, AML, fraud or regulatory to assist our ODD team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of existing accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and providing support for our BPO partners.
As part of the journey, we would expect you to:- Conduct KYC Refresh and/or Enhanced Due Diligence Reviews as needed
- Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary volumes through trends and themes associated to reviews conducted
- Support our BPO partners with escalations tied to various review types tied to CIP, CDD & EDD
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and customers
- After account review, document rationale to maintain or exit decisions on customer accounts
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reviews conducted

$85,500-$96,200 USD
US employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area:
$77,000-$86,600 USD
Canadian employees (any location):
$80,800-$90,900 CAD
