In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience• Experience with Kofax Capture, Kofax Total Agility, Kofax Transformation Module, Kofax Import Connector, VRS Elite, OpenText/Captiva, IBM Datacap, or equivalent IDP/capture platforms.
• Programming or scripting experience using one or more of VB.NET, C#, PL/SQL, VBA, SBL, Java, or similar languages used for workflow customization, validation, recognition, export, reporting, or integration components.
• Experience with relational databases and data validation using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent database platforms.
• Experience working in Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall delivery environments with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, operations teams, and client-facing delivery teams.
• Ability to analyze business processes, define requirements, translate functional needs into technical designs, and deliver maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Experience integrating document capture platforms with PEGA, AS400, Documentum, FileNet, SharePoint, Siebel, RightFax, Connect Direct/NDM, and enterprise middleware or file transfer platforms.
• Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML, and LLM-based use cases for document recognition, claim summarization, data extraction, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Workfusion, Power BI, Kofax Analytics, Kofax Insight, Kofax Monitor, or similar automation, reporting, analytics, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with CI/CD and source-control tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub, Artifactory, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with Jira and ALM tools for delivery tracking, requirements management, defect triage, release coordination, and Agile execution.

• Relevant certifications such as AIIM ECM Certified Practitioner, AIIM Capture Practitioner, Captiva InputAccel Certified, Kofax Capture Certified Professional, or Kofax Transformation Certified Professional.

Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
