Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Design and configure SharePoint workflows that streamline business processes, from document review and approval to records management and content lifecycle operations.
- Manage SharePoint site collections, libraries, and permissions to ensure appropriate access controls and security compliance.
- Manage site collections, configure permissions and access controls, and ensure sites align with organizational standards and security requirements.
- Design and implement metadata schemas, content types, and navigation structures that enable effective information discovery and retrieval.
- Ensure SharePoint sites and shared drives comply with classification requirements and information security policies.
- Establish processes to capture and preserve institutional knowledge across operational cycles.
- Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
- Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
- Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
- Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
Required Qualifications:- Direct experience with SharePoint workflow and automation implementation and SharePoint site administration and maintenance.
- At least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree +8 years of relevant experience or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
General Factors:- Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.
- Willing to travel, if needed.
- No Relocation.
- Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
Clearance: TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years or ability to pass a CI Poly)

Salary Range: 75K - 88K
