Responsibilities:

The Knowledge Management (KM) Instructor is responsible for developing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that enhance organizational knowledge sharing, information management, collaboration, and digital workplace adoption. The instructor provides formal classroom instruction, virtual training, hands-on workshops, and coaching focused on Knowledge Management principles, governance, business processes, and enterprise collaboration technologies.

This role supports workforce modernization by improving user proficiency in platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, Power Platform tools, and enterprise information management systems. The instructor partners with leadership, IT teams, process owners, and end users to improve operational effectiveness, user adoption, and organizational learning.

The instructor also assists in product documentation and training development for custom application.  You will play a critical role in user adoption of enterprise solutions and custom applications.

Qualifications:

Required:

·       U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.

·       Ability to obtain German TESA.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.

·       5–7 years of experience in Knowledge Management, technical training, organizational learning, or enterprise collaboration support.

·       Experience developing and delivering technical or operational training programs.

·       Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration environments and information management principles.

·       Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration platforms. including:

o   SharePoint Online administration or site management

o   ServiceNow Knowledge Management modules

o   Power Platform development

o   Records management or data governance

·       Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

·       Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

·       Experience in creating instructional materials and training documentation.

Desired:

·       Experience supporting government, military, or large enterprise organizations. Particularly USEUCOM.

·       Deep experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Lean process improvement methodologies.

·       Relevant certifications such as:

o   Project Management Institute PMP or Agile certifications

o   Microsoft 365 Certifications

o   Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM)

o   ITIL Foundation

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
