JOB DESCRIPTION

J.P. Morgan is seeking a talented candidate as an AI Enablement Lead within the Knowledge Enablement pillar of the AI Enablement team in the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). The role sits within the CIB’s Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) team and is at the Vice President level reporting into the Head of Knowledge Enablement & Strategic Reporting. The remit is to develop the strategy for AI adoption x-CIB to ensure we are maximizing value from the toolset available. 

As an AI Enablement Lead within the Knowledge Enablement pillar within the Commercial & Investment Bank's AI Enablement team, you will be tasked with driving the communications strategy and foundational upskilling efforts x-CIB.

 

You will partner closely with the Business Enablement pillar to deliver training and upskilling initiatives that accelerate adoption for each of the CIB’s sub lines of business (Global Banking, Payments, Markets & Securities Services). Your role will also involve spearheading the enablement of JPM’s AI tools & solutions across the Commercial and Investment Bank. This position presents a unique opportunity to influence the strategic direction for AI adoption across multiple different personas in the Commercial and Investment Bank. 

 

Job responsibilities

  • Drive multi layered communications strategy for AI adoption by tailoring content to multiple different personas across CIB sub-LOBs, in partnership with CIB comms
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify gaps in existing upskilling initiatives x-CIB and in partnership with HR L&D, AI Enablement leads and business CDAOs formulate hypotheses, and design robust, scalable solutions 
  • Champion change management and enablement (training, reinforcement mechanisms, user communities etc.) x-CIB to enable behavior change initiatives that drive sustained adoption 
  • Use data to drive adoption decisions and continuous improvement, defining success metrics across the adoption funnel producing regular readouts, using insights to prioritize interventions and drive consistent adoption outcomes. 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Prior experience with AI and knowledge of Financial Services required
  • Significant experience in communications and/or upskilling / L&D role
  • Knowledge and understanding of AI/ML (esp. GenAI and Prompt Engineering)
  • BSc or MSc degree in relevant field
  • Ability to easily assimilate new information and adapt strategy effectively
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively; strong verbal/written skills 
  • Able to deliver to conclusion multiple initiatives across a diverse group of partners, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
