What You'll Do- Maximize backend gross through effective product presentation and deal structuring.
- Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and protection products at or above performance benchmarks.
- Submit deals within 24 hours and ensure funding within 3 days.
- Partner with Sales Managers to structure deals and drive profitability on every transaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and complete deal paperwork.
- Train and support the sales team on finance opportunities and leasing.
- Track and improve key performance metrics, including PVR, product penetration, and finance income.
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of automotive Finance Manager experience required.
- Proven ability to achieve strong PVR and product penetration results.
- In-depth knowledge of lender guidelines, deal structuring, and compliance.
- A confident closer who can handle objections and maximize every opportunity.
- A competitive, accountable, and results-driven mindset.
- AFIP certification or willingness to obtain it.
