Overview of Role The Key Account Program Facilitator is responsible for providing strategic oversight of RLB's key clients, ensuring the effective delivery of consulting services across multiple large-scale construction projects. Working in close partnership with the assigned Key Account Manager, this role focuses on governance, key client performance analysis, reporting, and strategic alignment across the account.
