Full Job Description
Summary:

Assigned to this position will be 4-6 key accounts (global and national) for North America account development. Work closely with a network of independent manufacturer's representatives for the purpose of promoting and selling SATS PAC/Humidification products to Owners, OEM's, Engineers and General Contractors in accordance with guidelines set by the President or Vice President of Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Business / Account Development
  • Support quotations and submittals
  • Show profitable sales growth
  • Coordination with STULZ GmbH (Germany) on global accounts
  • Coordination with STULZ Sales Managers and STULZ Sales Representatives, including management of split sales/commission policy.
  • Travel to factory in Frederick, MD as nessesary to meet with Customers, prospects and key internal STULZ managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • A minimum of 50% travel is required in this position.

Education/Experience:
  • BSME or acceptable technical education or equivalent field experience in the field of HVAC equipment and applications.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of acceptable sales experience in the selection, promotion, and selling of an engineered HVAC product line.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • N/A

Language Skills:
  • Ability to read and understand english instructions.

Mathematical Skills:
  • Working knowledge of HVAC formulas used in sizing/selection of product and a complete understanding of psychometrics and the use of psychometric formulas.
