SUMMARY OF POSITION:Responsible for managing key customer contacts and maintaining a long term relationship with accounts.
- You will act as the key interface between the key customers and all internal teams.
- Develop trust relationships with major customers to ensure their confidence
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Understand how to deliver bad news and a recovery plan
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics
- Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of customer support experience
- Experience in Account Management and display a positive attitude.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Experience in managing major national accounts.
- System proficiency, especially in Excel, and have the ability to learn in-depth internal software programs
