About the roleAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer growth strategies while building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned key accounts. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver mutually beneficial business solutions that support Reckitt's commercial objectives.
Your responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with key customers.
- Deliver sales, profit, and market share objectives.
- Build strategic customer partnerships and lead negotiations.
- Develop and execute joint business plans.Leverage insights and data to deliver impactful recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply, Finance, and Category teams.
- Manage forecasting, trade investment, and account profitability.Drive sustainable growth through strong commercial execution.
The experience we're looking forBachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 3 years of sales, account management, customer development, or related commercial experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience developing business plans and managing account performance metrics.
P&L management experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with e-commerce or omnichannel customers is a plus.
Ability to travel as required.
