A Day in the LifeAs a Key Account Manager for our Professional Products Division in Montreal, you will be the strategic driver behind our iconic brands like Kérastase, Redken, and L'Oréal Professionnel. You will own the relationship with key retailers, developing and executing powerful joint business plans to drive growth, maximize our brand presence, and achieve ambitious commercial targets in a dynamic omnichannel environment.
In this role, you will:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop comprehensive annual business plans for each retailer, identifying new opportunities and creating detailed forecasts to grow our market share.
- Lead Commercial Excellence: Conduct high-stakes negotiations and manage trade budgets effectively, analyzing sales performance and ROI to ensure we are always one step ahead.
- Master Omnichannel Execution: Define and build our online penetration, ensuring top visibility for our brands across e-commerce platforms while managing inventory and product lifecycles.
- Build Collaborative Partnerships: Foster influential relationships with retail partners and work closely with internal Marketing, Planning, and Education teams to ensure flawless execution of your commercial strategy.
