This role is about balance: roughly 50% remote and 50% field-based, giving you the chance to connect in person with teams, and drive growth initiatives firsthand.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, and who enjoys building strong connections with both executives and frontline staff to make a meaningful difference.

  • Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to each customer's business objectives and operational goals.
  • Lead comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that clearly communicate value and ROI.
  • Take a proactive, top-down approach to stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment at both the executive and operational levels.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support account initiatives and ensure seamless execution.

What You 'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably within dental, medical, healthcare, MedSpa, patient financing, or DSO environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics, execute account segmentation strategies, and drive revenue planning initiatives.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, including effective pipeline management and strategic account prioritization.
  • Proven track record of expanding existing accounts through relationship building, data-driven insights, and strategic influence.
  • Experience engaging and partnering with C-suite executives and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Financing experience, particularly in patient financing solutions, is a plus.

The Perks:

  • Mission driven, empowered, and collaborative culture
  • Competitive pay and stock options
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Comprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, EAP, Parental Leave, HSA, & more)
  • Newly added HSA and Pet Insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Cell Phone Stipend
  • Team-based strategic planning and ownership of deliverables
