LOCATION: Los Angeles or in the Bay Area (50% Remote, 50% in the field)
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager, Key Accounts
The Role: As we continue to grow our Dental vertical, we're looking for a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to join our team and make a real impact.
In this role, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 350-400 accounts, primarily mid-sized DSOs, helping practices adopt and expand Sunbit's solutions. You'll work closely with both executive leaders and on-the-ground teams- including Treatment Coordinators (TCs) and Office Managers (OMs) to ensure smooth implementation and sustained success for every practice.
This role is about balance: roughly 50% remote and 50% field-based, giving you the chance to connect in person with teams, and drive growth initiatives firsthand.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, and who enjoys building strong connections with both executives and frontline staff to make a meaningful difference.
RequirementsWhat You'll Own:- Own and grow a defined book of business across mid-market DSOs, driving consistent increases in Sunbit adoption and loan volume
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CFOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, and regional leaders.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to each customer's business objectives and operational goals.
- Lead comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that clearly communicate value and ROI.
- Take a proactive, top-down approach to stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment at both the executive and operational levels.
- Partner cross-functionally to support account initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
What You 'll Bring:- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably within dental, medical, healthcare, MedSpa, patient financing, or DSO environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics, execute account segmentation strategies, and drive revenue planning initiatives.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, including effective pipeline management and strategic account prioritization.
- Proven track record of expanding existing accounts through relationship building, data-driven insights, and strategic influence.
- Experience engaging and partnering with C-suite executives and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Financing experience, particularly in patient financing solutions, is a plus.

How We Pay:- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership
- We are targeting $150,000-$170,000 in on-target earnings per year for this role
- This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
