Key Account Executive - Florida Position Overview               We are currently seeking a top level Key Account Executive IM-ES to join our team in the Medical Devices / Diagnostic Imaging Products industry. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a primary role in driving business growth and furthering strong client relationships within the Enterprise Services customer base. Responsibilities                  3 Strategically analyze specific market conditions, determine trends and market needs to establish and execute a successful strategic sales plan; collaborating with internal and external partners; within the Enterprise Service customer space. 3 Maintain and further high level strategic customer relationships with key clinical leaders, administrative C level officers, and decision makers; as well as internal stakeholders. 3 Manage ES customers, develop and execute multi-faceted sales plans, collaborate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders. 3 Initiate and lead territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity; gathering data and feedback from multiple channels. 3 Act as the primary point of contact to customers in all matters, soliciting customer feedback and strategy to determine best plans and next steps for optimal customer support. 3 Using leads and internal resources, initiate prime sales quotes, host effective customer meetings, and pro-actively showcase a match of customer need to equipment capabilities. 3 Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets. 3 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. 3 Devise sales plans and strategies, develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for product sales channels. 3 Provide oversight and analysis of data in sales tools and dashboards, including CRM for forecasts and planning. 3 Mentor, train, and coach newer team members. Education                            Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, plus 10+ years9 experience in a clinical or sales environment, with a minimum of 3 years9 experience selling diagnostic imaging capital equipment into clinical/hospital environments; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.   Skills Required                    3 Expert background of building and furthering strong client relationships at multiple levels 3 Experience with diagnostic imaging products and systems applications, working with large quotas and long sales cycles. 3 Solid professional judgment and complex problem-solving competence. 3 Ability to improve existing processes and approaches. 3 Clinical/hospital consultative services experience 3 Skilled with budget processes as they apply to customer-needs analysis, purchasing, and delivery. 3 Excellent solution-providing ability, negotiation, and customer satisfaction as end goal. 3 Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team 3 Strong communication and excellent results-driven presentation skills    Remote / Office Based        Field Based/Customer Facing                               Travel %                              Up to 50% The base pay range for this position is: $80,800 - $111,100 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
