Description
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first person many customers meet. You'll help shoppers move from "just looking" to "I love my new Toyota, Honda or Subaru." Every day is different. Some days you'll celebrate deliveries. Some days you'll solve problems. Some days someone will bring donuts for the team. (We're hoping that's you occasionally.)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responding to online and phone inquiries.
- Building relationships through phone, text, email, and video.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Helping customers find the perfect vehicle.
- Becoming a Toyota product expert.
- Following up with customers (without sounding like a robot).
- Working alongside one of the best sales teams in Fairbanks.

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, travel to out-of-town training events is infrequent but required, candidates may spend up to ¼ of work shift using computers or phones, use of snow removal tools required, majority of job duties will be completed by standing and/or walking throughout work shift and lifting may be required up to 20 pounds rarely.
Requirements
We're looking for candidates with positive attitudes, strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, dependable, coachable and eager to learn, and familiar with technology. Candidates must be willing to work weekend and evening shifts, have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, have a good driving record and valid driver license.
Salary Description
No cap/ up to $200,000 annually
