- Route, flow-path, hub-and-spoke, and shipment consolidation optimization
- Cost and service improvement / supply chain innovation
- Logistics procurement and third-party logistics management
- Transportation analytics and cost-to-serve optimization
- Supply chain resilience and logistics risk management
- Logistics sustainability and transportation decarbonization
- Transportation sourcing, carrier strategy, and 3PL performance management
- Logistics cost reduction and cost-to-serve improvement
- Supply chain resilience and disruption response
- Sustainability strategy, including fleet electrification and logistics emissions reduction
- Distribution operations innovation, AI technology, and agentic capabilities to improve distribution
- Distribution and logistics operations
- Warehouse operations and distribution center management
- Logistics operating model design and performance management
- Distribution technology implementation and digital logistics transformation
- Transportation analytics, network modeling, and optimization tools
- Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC.
- MBA degree preferred with 5-10 years of professional experience, other relevant Master's degrees will be considered.
- Experience working as a Management Consultant is a plus.
- This role requires approximately 50-80% travel, based on client and business needs.

Associate Base Salary (post MBA) - $188,000 - $194,000 : Candidates without an MBA will also be considered for the role. Such candidates will be eligible for a base salary of $157,000. Under exceptional circumstances, candidates without an MBA may be considered for a base salary of $188,000. However, it is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, office location, knowledge, and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
