Full Job Description
Cross Country Education is seeking a School Psychologist in Tempe, AZ, to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success during the [redacted] school year.

Position Overview:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments to support students' academic and developmental needs.
  • Interpret assessment results, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide recommendations to support individualized educational planning.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams through IEP participation, consultation, and support of student interventions.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and deliver staff training and parent education to promote positive student outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid Arizona School Psychologist Certification
  • Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience conducting educational evaluations, individual and group counseling, and supporting students in school-based settings
  • Knowledge of special education regulations and behavioral intervention practices
