Title: Junior Water Resources Engineer
Location: Seattle, Tacoma, or Wenatchee, Washington
Job Type: Regular Full-time
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Performing technical analyses and supporting the development of civil engineering design documents for water resources management, water supply, water conveyance, water storage, stormwater, and habitat restoration projects.
- Performing calculations and completing hydrologic and hydraulic modeling in support of water resources projects.
- Preparing written reports and technical studies.
- Supporting development of civil engineering design drawings, technical specifications, and opinions of probable cost.
What Are We Looking For?
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Master's Degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering (or equivalent).
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
- Washington PE or plan to obtain a Washington PE license within the next 3 years.
- 1-4 years of experience in water resources planning, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and design and construction of water resources projects.
- CAD drawing development (Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred).
- Experience with a diverse range of hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling and design software packages.
- A willingness to work on a variety of tasks, ranging from hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to development of drawings, specifications, and opinions of probable cost for a variety of water resources, restoration, and environmental remediation projects.
- Self-motivation, drive, and proactive communication.

Salary and Other Compensation:
- Salary Range: $ 78,120 - $ 86,910
- Annual Bonus
- Other potential bonus types: Billable Time Bonus, Spot Bonus, Milestone Anniversary Bonus, Receiving Professional License/Certification Bonus, Peer-reviewed Publication Bonus, Employee Referral Bonus.
Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:
