Responsibilities

Systems Integration Testing Engineer will be a member of the system level, end-to-end test engineering team responsible for system Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V). The team is responsible for working closely with the development teams to understand segment and enterprise requirements, review segment-level test scenarios and test reports, create system integration level test plans and detailed test procedures, execute end-to-end integration testing, and provide a final test report and recommendation to move the system forward toward operations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:  

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (with Poly)  
  • BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math (or related technical discipline) and 5 years' work experience, Masters and 3 years' work experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment  
  • Good customer teaming skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams  
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, and multi-tasking skills  
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and ability to lead technical forums  

Desired Qualifications:  

  • MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related scientific or technical discipline  
  • IT credentials and certifications (e.g., DAWIA, PMP, INCOSE, ITIL, CISSP and SAFe Agile)  
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall test milestones, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience  
  • BS Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience   
Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
