Position Title: Junior Estimator
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team focused on commercial projects, primarily in the hospitality sector. The Junior Estimator will play a crucial role in supporting business development efforts by providing accurate estimates for various renovation projects, including hotels and office spaces. Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 / Year DOE
Junior Estimator Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed estimates for commercial renovation projects
- Engage in business development activities to secure new projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in estimates
- Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and secure business
- Support project management by providing necessary documentation and estimates
Junior Estimator Requirements: - 3+ years of estimating experience in Drywall & Metal Framing (commercial)
- BA degree is preferred
