Our teams deliver engineering and project execution excellence across the full project lifecycle-from conceptual studies and detailed design to commissioning, optimization, and beyond.
In this role, you will shape the electrical power systems that drive Canada's mining and industrial sectors. Based in the
Greater Toronto Area, ON, you will support and lead electrical design for both new construction and brownfield projects, influencing project outcomes from concept through completion. Your work will help our clients operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Your Impact- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders to clarify needs and present technical concepts effectively.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and support accurate budget estimation for project planning.
- Lead the verification and preparation of tender documents, specifications, and technical deliverables.
- Supervise technicians and draftspeople contributing to multidisciplinary project execution.
- Support the project manager through coordination, documentation, and technical guidance.
- Contribute to developing plans, specifications, and details for electrical, industrial, mining, and institutional engineering projects.
- Perform related tasks necessary to support efficient and high-quality project delivery.
The Skills That Set You Apart- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent training.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical system design for industrial, mining, or institutional environments.
- Experience in consulting engineering (asset).
- ASP Construction safety card; ability to travel occasionally.
- Demonstrated rigor, initiative, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.

Compensation:- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $85,100 - $112,800
- MB & ON: $77,700 - $107,000
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $76,900 - $102,100
