We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. Responsibilities:
- Assistin gathering and preparing data from various sources for analysis.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis toidentifytrends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders.
- Support the team in standardizing data sets and ensuring data quality.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to understand business needs and provide insights.
- Document analytical processes andmaintainaccuraterecords of data sources.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and findings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor27s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
- 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and software.
- Knowledge of data management best practicesincluding SQL.
- Prior internship or coursework in data analysis or a related area is beneficial.
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Pay range for this position is $107,000 - $115,000 annually.
This position has a broad compensation range due to the complexities of government contracting, including contract pricing, labor category requirements, funding parameters, and varying levels of candidate experience and qualifications
