We're looking for a technical
Jr. Sales Engineer to join our team in
Poestenkill, NY and to expand, our site, DSI's market share.
This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer opportunities, fostering trusted relationships, and guiding the entire sales process from lead to close. This role demands a strong focus on technical discussions, frequent travel, and a commitment to exceeding sales goals through cross-functional teamwork and outstanding customer service
RequirementsBachelor's degree (Technical discipline is a PLUS!)2-3 years of successful sales experience, adept at developing and executing effective sales strategies
Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and full-cycle sales processes, from market research to lead generation
Ability to communicate complex technical value propositions clearly, with a basic understanding of metallurgical concepts
Experience in organizing and conducting trade shows, demos, and webinars
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure
Excellent verbal, listening, and presentation abilities with a professional, customer-centric approach
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Willingness to travelBenefits- The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience.
