Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant/Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems and Technology. This entry-level role involves analyzing technical and business processes to support the implementation and improvement of computer systems that enable mission-critical ISR operations.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:- Analyze science, engineering, and business data processing challenges to support system improvements and automation.
- Assist in evaluating user requirements, workflows, and procedures to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
- Review computer system capabilities and scheduling limitations to recommend improvements.
- Support the identification and evaluation of commercially available software solutions.
- Collaborate with senior consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to gather data and document findings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate analysis results and recommendations.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Must be a US citizen with a TOP SECRET/SCI level security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree or relevant certifications.

Pay and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually.
