Position Overview
Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (SS&T) is seeking a Joint Training Tool (JTT) SME / Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Administrator to support USSTRATCOM/J7 under the JETARS contract. This position supports JTT administration, MSEL design and maintenance, inject coordination, version control, training material updates, and exercise execution support.
Security Clearance Requirements
This position supports classified programs and requires access to classified systems and material. All contractor personnel must be United States citizens and possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information, Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information, and Special Access Program access prior to commencing work.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Support administration of the JTT, Lessons Learned Dashboard, and other applications used for collection, analysis, and presentation of observations and lessons learned.
• Administer user accounts, events, binders, communities of practice, and support Joint Training and Lesson Managers.
• Plan and conduct JTT training for users, trusted agents, and Joint Training Managers.
• Assist the Government in updating JTT training materials and making them available for exercise designers and trusted agents.
• Use JTT and other software applications to conduct design, development, coordination, synchronization, and execution of joint exercise events.
• Input and assist trusted agents in entering exercise details, objectives, injects, and observations into JTT.
• Design and maintain the MSEL, coordinate injects with exercise planners to align with objectives, manage MSEL delivery updates, and maintain version control during exercises.
Required Qualifications
• At least 7 years of experience demonstrating an understanding of CJCS 3500 series Joint Training directives or major command Joint Training Program/Lessons Learned Program instructions, sufficient to author and update JTT training materials, design and maintain the MSEL, coordinate injects with exercise planners to align with objectives, manage MSEL delivery updates, and maintain version control during exercises.
• At least 7 years of demonstrated relevant recent experience in:
o Assisting the Government in updating JTT training materials and making them available for exercise designers and other trusted agents.
o Use of the Joint Training Tool (JTT), and other software applications, to conduct design, development, coordination, synchronization, and execution of joint exercise events.
o Inputing and assisting other trusted agents in entering exercise details into JTT including, but not limited to, exercise details, objectives, injects, and observations.
• U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience administering joint training or lessons learned software applications within a Combatant Command environment.
• Experience aligning MSEL injects to training objectives and maintaining version control during live exercises.
