Exercise Support Lead The Opportunity: What You'll Work On: • Oversee exercise support, consisting of exercise coordinators, ARCHER analysts, and Simulation Control Plan (SCP) and Exercise Support Manning and Equipment Document (ESMED) developers. • Assist with the development, maintenance, and updating of internal SOPs and policies. • Ensure all Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) requirements are submitted on-time and that they meet or exceed standards. • Deploy forward during training events and fill the role of an exercise coordinator at forward sites. • Motivate team members and facilitate team meetings. • Provide guidance to the team on development, performance, and productivity issues. • Represent the team, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures in accordance with organization cost, quality, and productivity goals. • Report to organization management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Compensation Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
