Description
The Interagency SME provides subject matter expertise on U.S. Government interagency, National Security Council (NSC), and White House functions and processes in support of USSTRATCOM joint exercise planning, development, execution, and analysis. The selected candidate will develop realistic interagency products and scenario injects that enable exercise training objectives and replicate non-participating organizations within the exercise environment. This supports USSTRATCOM's strategic deterrence mission and its requirement to develop decision-quality training and assessment products.
Security Clearance Requirements
This position supports classified programs and requires access to classified systems and material. All contractor personnel must be United States citizens and possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information, Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information, and Special Access Program access prior to commencing work.

Required Qualifications
• At least 7 years of experience working with U.S. Government interagency, the National Security Council, and/or White House functions and processes.
• Hands-on experience writing, developing, publishing, analyzing, and synthesizing multiple interagency products, including reports, meeting minutes, speech transcripts, social-media injects, and press releases, to create a realistic environment for achievement of exercise training objectives.
• Prior job experience working in or coordinating with a Government agency such as the White House, Department of State, or Department of Homeland Security.
• Demonstrated experience supporting joint exercise planning, development, execution, and/or analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to translate interagency processes, coordination mechanisms, decision-making structures, and written products into realistic exercise scenarios and injects.
• Ability to coordinate with USSTRATCOM, Components, other Combatant Commands, Services, interagency organizations, and other Government agencies.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise, and well-structured written correspondence, reports, briefing materials, and senior-level products.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Top-Secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI, NC2/ESI, and SAP access, required prior to commencement of work.
