JOB SUMMARY

Corvus Consulting, LLC seeks a Journeyman Communications and Collaboration Specialist to provide staffing support to HQDA G-3/5/7 DAMO - Strategic Operations Electromagnetic Warfare (SOW) initiatives, policies, and directives. This position ensures DAMO-SO is postured to support the Army as the lead DCS G-3/5/7 integrator and Army staff proponent for Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), setting the conditions for Army 2030 and beyond as part of the Joint Force.

In this role, the selected candidate will provide trusted counsel and is expected to demonstrate a high level of follow-through on assigned tasks, delivering clear, timely, and mission-critical communication and collaboration support across the DAMO-SO enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and interface with staff elements of OSD, OUSD, Joint Staff, Army Secretariat, HQDA, ACOMs, ASCCs, DRUs, and external organizations for all matters related to compartmentalized, sensitive, and/or non-kinetic activities.
  • Provide communication products to inform relevant communities of interest on the development of key initiatives, recommendations on strategy, policy, prioritization, and resourcing of requirements.
  • Provide communication and collaboration support on matters regarding compartmentalized, sensitive, and/or non-kinetic activities.
  • Provide communication and collaboration support within the ARSTAF and external organizations to enable the integration of compartmentalized, sensitive and/or non-kinetic activities with ACP objectives and to operationalize the tenets of MDO.
  • Prepare communication products that includes operational analysis, technical support, and expert recommendations for Army strategies, policies, requirements, and resources for DAMO-SO.
  • Assist DAMO-SO in researching inquiries from Congress and other higher authorities and provide draft responses regarding any aspect of compartmentalized, sensitive, and/or non-kinetic activities.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum/Required:

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider Associate +10 or HS+12 years of experience.
  • Must have demonstrated success and experience with HQDA-level processes
  • Able to provide trusted counsel and willing to be indispensable to the mission
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work independently to prioritize and execute competing tasks, which may have a short- suspense
  • Must be highly effective within limited hours
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active TS with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI


Preferred:

  • Formal training/courses equivalent or relevant to (ILE, Army War College, or other)
  • Able to assess and advise on topics of CEMA, EW, EA, ES, Reprogramming and SMO
  • Familiarity with DoD Acquisition System processes including requirements, resourcing and acquisition and support modernization, integration, and staffing efforts
  • Familiar with DOTMLPF-P integration and support to Army, Joint, and DoD operations and requirements
  • 4 years of experience in EW/CEMA at the HQDA or equivalent level and above
  • Knowledge of military documentation process, JCIDS requirements analysis, PPBE
  • An in-depth understanding of the structure, functions, and specific key personnel across OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, CCMDs, TRADOC, and the ASCCs including ARCYBER, CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs
