Position Highlights: - Join a world-class orthopedic team focused on total joint replacement and complex revision surgeries.

Qualifications: - MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of Hip and Knee Joint Replacement Fellowship
- Ability to successfully obtain Maryland Medical License without restrictions
- Current DEA license
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for education, program building, and clinical excellence

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $450-500K. The base salary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience, with opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives
