Summary

The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics (RIAO) at LifeBridge Health is actively recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Joint Replacement Surgeon to join our expanding practice in Baltimore, MD to support growing patient demand. RIAO is a leader in innovative joint preservation and replacement techniques and is home to a highly specialized team of orthopedic experts.

Position Highlights:

  • Academic involvement: Work directly with orthopedic surgery residents and engage in didactic and clinical teaching.

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $450-500K. The base salary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience, with opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives
