Job Title: Jira System Administrator
Location: San Francisco, CA
Type of Hire: CWR

Required:
  • 3-5+ years of years as Jira System Administrator
  • Experience managing both cloud and on-prem instances of Jira
  • Experience working in IT Operations
  • Front End development (Java, Web Services, APIs)
  • Java or Javascript experience
  • REST API's a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Linux
  • Experience managing dev/test/prod environments
  • Experience performing Level 2 and Level 3 support functions
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles project management methodologies
  • MUST be an Excellent Communicator, who can call or visit colleagues to gather and provide information

Job Description:

  • Trouble-shoot and resolve issues
  • Perform version upgrades and install patches
  • Design and implement workflows and system configurations
  • Evaluate, make recommendations and manage various plug-ins and APIs
  • Work with end-users on front-end configuration
  • Align with the PMO on processes and standards
