Job Description- Design and set up Jenkins architecture (master/agent or distributed setup)
- Install, configure, and upgrade Jenkins across environments (on-prem ↔ cloud)
- Manage Jenkins plugins, dependencies, and version compatibility
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and job orchestration
- Ensure seamless integration with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
- Perform environment migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot build failures, plugin issues, and system bottlenecks
- Implement security best practices (RBAC, credentials, access control, backups)
- Work closely with Dev/QA teams to ensure pipeline stability (no major script development required)
Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience in Jenkins administration and architecture design
- Experience in Jenkins installation, upgrade, and migration (on-prem to cloud)
- Deep understanding of plugin ecosystem, pipeline management, and distributed builds
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, Git, and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
- Exposure to test integration frameworks (Cucumber preferred)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Groovy/Shell) for configuration
