Summary:The JD Edwards (JDE) Support Specialist will provide frontline application support and troubleshooting expertise for JDE Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and third-party bolt-on packages. The positions will work at the direction of the IT Manager and local Business Unit Leadership to improve operational performance through optimal use of JDE as a shared service.
Duties/ Responsibilities: - Provide front-line support for JDE related requests and issues submitted and managed via the helpdesk ticket system and escalate to Corporate team where needed
- Configure and maintain JDE application settings, security roles, menus, and user permissions
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to JDE modules, interfaces, and business processes
- Ensure compliance with organizational change management, security, and audit requirements
- Assist with data analysis, data corrections and mass updates to datasets
- Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of 3rd party applications related to the ERP system
- Provide functional support, design and develop new and modified functionality, reports, forms and interface systems in support of Finance/Accounting, Inventory Management, Operations and Customer Service
- Support corporate application improvements/development projects to ensure successful fulfillment of end-user requirements, accurate testing, training development and quality implementations
- Identify business process improvement opportunities by implementing standard (or possibly custom) JDE Edwards' functionality
- Provide user training, create and maintain documentation, including process flows, support procedures, training materials
- Communicating regularly with all levels of staff to ensure constant communication and delivery of user and business needs
- Performs other duties as required
Education/Experience:- Bachelor's degree in finance, Computer Science or a related field (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
- Three (3) years of JDE applications experience

Work EnvironmentExposure to manufacturing environment. Noise level may vary from moderate office environment to noisy/loud in the plant area. Proper use of safety equipment such as steel-toed shoes, goggles, safety glasses, gloves, apron and face shield must be observed.

Total RewardsThe compensation range for this position is $78,200.00 - $117,200.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
