Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in Infrastructure
• Proven track record with large scale server and file server migrations
• Familiarity with MS/SharePoint Online or O365 is preferred
• Previous experience in Asset Management or Financial Services required
• Strong Jira/Confluence experience is important
• Ability to engage stakeholders effectively and assertively
• Experience with Data Center migrations or Azure projects is a plus
• Experience with Blackrock Aladdin is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee large scale Infrastructure projects from inception to completion
• Facilitate project coordination and communication among stakeholders
• Lead server and file server migrations, ensuring minimal downtime
• Develop project plans and monitor progress against deadlines
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
• Address challenges and direct issues to maintain project momentum
• Ensure compliance with regulations specific to financial services
