    Need 12 plus year candidate Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Led to drive the testing strategy, execution, and quality delivery of software products. The QE Lead will be responsible for leading the QA team, ensuring adherence to best practices, implementing automation strategies, and collaborating closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Engineers (manual and automation).
    • Define and implement test strategies, processes, and quality metrics across projects.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify test coverage, and prioritize testing efforts.
    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
    • Drive adoption of continuous testing within the CI/CD pipeline.
    • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing as required.
    • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and automation scripts prepared by the team.
    • Ensure defect triage and resolution through close collaboration with developers and product managers.
    • Champion best practices in software quality and testing methodologies.
    • Track and report on test execution results, defect metrics, and overall quality status to management.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering, including at least 3 years in a lead role.
    • Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
    • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
    • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
    • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • ISTQB or similar QA certification.
