    Title: Sr Project Manager

    Location: On-site 5 days/week at Caterpillar's Peoria location.

    Start Date: September 24, 2025

    Duration: 12 months +

    Schedule: 40 hours/week, with core hours from 8 AM to 3 PM

    Travel: Minimal (

    Rate: $65/hour (NOOT)

    Interview: 1 virtual panel round via MS Teams (55 minutes)

    ? Role Overview

    This is a 12-month on-site contract position in Peoria, IL, supporting transformation projects within Caterpillar's IT and business units. The PM will work closely with other project managers, scrum masters, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives-especially those related to dealer systems and claims processing.

    ? Key Responsibilities
