Risk Capital Transformation Program Manager
Required Skills:
- There is a big emphasis on risk capital and commercial risk experience. It is essential that they have an understanding the end-to-end commercial risk insurance value chain, and proficiency in financial concepts like CapEx and OpEx.
- Has led transformation and strategy initiatives, more than likely coming from a management consulting background, and then moved into the insurance industry.
- Experience working in or with global insurance brokers or carrier
- Prior experience with leading management consulting firm
- Experience working with global team
- Strong understanding of Pre-bind (what happens at the onset of policies) and Post-bind (everything that happens after the policies)
- The ideal candidate needs more than just task execution. They\'re looking for someone who can drive transformation initiatives from inception to completion. This means understanding the entire program journey - from initial idea and business case creation to execution and delivery.
- Masters degree preferred but not required.
The candidate should be able to:
1. Understand strategic goal
2. Translate ideas into compelling presentations and give live demonstration
3. Work with stakeholders to deliver transformational program
4. Go beyond simply tracking tasks to actively embedding themselves in the initiative
5. Comprehend target operating models, cost implications, and transformation strategies
