Qualifications

• 10+ years in application development with a focus on end-to-end solutions
• 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, particularly with Azure
• Proficiency in designing Azure solutions using native services like Azure Postgres and Cosmos DB
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically using Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions for microservices
• Knowledge of security practices including IAM and data protection
• Ability to implement SRE principles for effective system performance monitoring

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Azure solutions leveraging native services
• Address and manage non-functional requirements including availability and disaster recovery
• Provision infrastructure using Terraform as part of IaC
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions within a microservices architecture
• Remediate security findings and ensure adherence to best practices
• Implement monitoring and logging strategies based on SRE principles
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer on cloud methodologies
