Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead to take end-to-end technical ownership of projects or products. The role requires deep expertise in Java, object-oriented design, problem solving, and backend development, along with strong leadership and delivery responsibilities.
Required Technical Expertise- Expert knowledge (8+ years) in Java and object-oriented design patterns - SME
- Strong expertise in logic, algorithms, and data structures - SME
- Hands-on experience with Oracle or MySQL and writing complex SQL queries - SME
- Expert knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and testing best practices - SME
- Experience with web development and/or REST / SOAP web services
- Strong understanding of application design principles and scalable architectures
Roles And Responsibilities- Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team
- Delegate tasks and manage daily, weekly, and monthly delivery goals
- Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure project quality and timelines
- Take full technical ownership of the assigned project or product
- Design components and applications aligned with business requirements
- Act as a technical consultant during feasibility studies, including:
- Technical alternatives and solution approaches
- Architecture best practices
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Component breakdown and effort estimation
- Ensure quality and delivery consistency by enforcing:
- SDLC standards
- Agile methodologies
- Unit testing practices
- Code reviews
- Prepare and submit project status reports to minimize risks and resolve escalations
