Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration between clients and offshore teams to ensure project alignment
• Negotiate solutions in conflict situations while maintaining client satisfaction
• Communicate customer requirements effectively to the offshore development team
• Provide production support and maintain legacy systems while modernizing technology stacks
• Design and implement microservices with Spring Boot and Java
• Optimize frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on Azure
