Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Java Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks. The candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, secure, and user-friendly software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments where applicable.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 9+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience building applications with React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Experience with SQL databases and database design.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with TypeScript, Redux, React Hooks, or Next.js.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of application security best practices.
