A Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, J2EE, web technologies, and enterprise application delivery. You bring hands-on capability across frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, backend services, SQL, and database management systems. Curam experience is strong asset; candidates with a demonstrated willingness and ability to learn Curam will also be considered. You apply sound software engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle and collaborate effectively with Curam business analysts, UI/UX designers, experience designers, and automation engineers. You are also interested in using Agentic AI capabilities to improve development productivity, solution delivery, and user outcomes.

The Work

You will be part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team responsible for designing, building, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting Curam-based solutions. You will implement product features across the full technology stack and translate functional requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions.

You will own or contribute to Curam technical design, user story creation and refinement, application configuration and customization, code implementation, deployment, unit testing, and defect resolution. You will work closely with multidisciplinary partners to ensure solutions meet business, usability, quality, and delivery objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop full stack application components using Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and related web and database technologies.
• Build maintainable, reusable, and testable code that follows established architecture, development, security, and accessibility standards.
• Prepare and deploy application code across development and test environments using established release and configuration-management processes.
• Perform unit testing, support integration and system testing, analyze defects, and deliver timely bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and environment issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and permanent resolution.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, sprint ceremonies, technical discussions, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Support application releases, production validation, ongoing maintenance, and operational issue resolution.

Here's What You Need: (skills)

• Bachelor Degree or College Diploma  or equivalent work experience
• Atleast 2 -3 years of overall experience in JAVA development
• Demonstrated experience developing enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with frontend web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational data concepts, and database management systems.
• Experience designing and implementing both frontend and backend components for enterprise web applications.
• Experience with object-oriented design, service integration, application architecture, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and the ability to apply AI-enabled tools responsibly within software delivery workflows.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile delivery practices, and DevOps principles.
• Experience writing unit tests, diagnosing defects, and supporting integration and system testing.
• Experience with build, deployment, configuration-management, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience using Git or a comparable source-control system and working effectively in collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder-collaboration skills
• Must have Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with IBM Curam solutions or willingness to learn it.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments with security, privacy, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale public-sector or enterprise digital transformation programs.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

Annual Salary Range: $56,500 to $106,500
