Job Role:- Java Developer with QA

Job Location :- Mississauga, Ontario

Job Description:-

8 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role with a proven track record in designing and developing test automation frameworks

Excellent programming skills in Java with a strong understanding of the Spring Boot framework

Handson test automation development experience using various languages like Java Python and TypeScript

Experience with industrystandard opensource automation tools such as Selenium Playwright and RestAssured experience with UFT is a plus

Proven experience in designing endtoend tests following the test pyramid and a good understanding of different test frameworks for web and desktop applications

Strong understanding and working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases with experience implementing automated data validations

Working experience with AI tools for software development and knowledge in prompt engineering to optimize results from AI platforms

Experience designing test strategies for complex applications in dynamic fastpaced development environments and supporting production releases

Previous experience in trading platforms or capital markets is preferred

Comfortable writing complex queries and experience with reporting tools
