Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Java development (10+ years).
• Experience in building 24x7 active-active, highly available platforms.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools including Bitbucket, Crowd, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, SonarQube, Artifactory, and XLR.
• Strong experience in database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile at Scale frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in Data Engineering and data pipeline development.
• Prior exposure to Investment Banking / Financial Services IT domain.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and develop highly available, fault-tolerant active-active systems to meet SLA and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver new features and enhancements for existing enterprise applications.
• Take end-to-end ownership of delivery across: • Requirements gathering
• Solution design
• Development and testing
• Deployment and production support
• Collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, and production support teams to ensure application stability.
• Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues ensuring minimal downtime.
• Participate in release cycles, deployments, and post-production support activities.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvements in system resilience and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on status, risks, and deliverables.

Salary Range: $100,000 - 115,000 a year
