Role Overview:Develop, execute, and analyze automated test scripts for web applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform API testing and validation for integrations and data workflows.
- Design and execute test automation frameworks using Selenium and modern programming languages.
- Validate AI-driven systems, including testing for non-deterministic behavior, topic accuracy, and action accuracy.
- Create and refine test data to represent realistic user interactions and scenarios.
- Generate prompts and leverage test platforms/tools to execute and validate AI-based responses.
- Identify defects, track issues, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous testing and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support testing activities and ensure alignment.
- Utilize test management tools to document, track, and report testing progress and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation and software testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Experience in API testing and data integration validation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and testing approaches for non-deterministic systems.
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably SAFe Agile.
- Experience collaborating within onshore/offshore delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools, such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience testing customer support or contact center systems.
