Job Summary
Design and implement enterprise-level applications using Java, Spring Boot, containers, and microservices. The role will provide technical leadership in executing technical direction, following architectural decisions, and ensuring applications are scalable, maintainable, highly available, and performant. The developer will collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, DevOps, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Design scalable, resilient, and cloud-optimized microservices.
• Develop and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Define and adopt best practices for cloud-native application development, emphasizing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce standards for CI/CD pipelines, automation, version control, and code quality.
• Mentor development teams by providing guidance on architecture, design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
• Ensure systems are highly available, fault-tolerant, and performant using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design and implement API strategies, including RESTful services and GraphQL.
• Integrate applications with SQL and NoSQL data sources.
• Conduct regular code reviews and design reviews to ensure adherence to technical and business requirements.
• Stay current with technologies and trends in cloud-native development, containers, microservices, and distributed systems.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot for building scalable and maintainable backend systems.
• Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures and deploying them in cloud-native environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and related Spring technologies.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in production using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful and GraphQL API design, and integration patterns.
• Solid experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native services.
• Expertise in database design and integration with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
