Job Summary
The Java Developer will work at a senior level with minimal supervision to design, develop, and support modern software applications. The role requires strong experience with Java, Python, microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and AWS services. The developer will collaborate effectively with team members, communicate openly, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and Python.
• Develop and support microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Implement solutions using event-driven architecture patterns.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using AWS services.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while proactively identifying and addressing technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, development activities, testing, and application support.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative engineering environment.
Required Qualifications
• Strong senior-level experience in software development with minimal technical supervision.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Glue, ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
