Required Skills- 2-4 years of professional Java development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17/21
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling
- Spring Boot and Spring Framework
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
- Unit and integration testing using JUnit/Mockito
- Familiarity with Maven or Gradle
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Cloud & Modern Development ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following is strongly preferred:- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Apache Kafka or other event-streaming technologies
- Redis or other caching technologies
- NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Spring Security, OAuth2, or JWT
- Knowledge of API Gateway and distributed systems
- Experience with Kafka/event-driven architecture
- Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK
- Basic understanding of system design and scalable application architecture
- Exposure to AI/LLM integration, Spring AI, or AI-enabled applications is a plus
Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Build scalable REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Work with SQL databases and optimize queries when required.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application deployments.
- Work with Kafka and event-driven systems where applicable.
- Follow secure coding, testing, documentation, and development best practices.
